What is Forex Trading?

The foreign exchange market is the world's largest financial market, with a daily trading volume of more than $5 trillion。

Among the main currency pairs traded in the Forex market, the most popular are EUR/USD, USD/JPY and GBP/USD。

CFD is a widely used trading method in the foreign exchange market. It is a contractual agreement between the buyer and the seller on the change of asset price, stipulating that the seller will pay the buyer the difference between the current price of a certain asset and the price on the contract execution date。

The foreign exchange market is open 24 hours a day, 5 days a week. Therefore, investors can choose to trade foreign exchange at any time during a trading day, which provides investors with great flexibility。

The main currency pairs traded in the foreign exchange market

The major currency pairs are the most liquid and widely traded currency pairs in the foreign exchange market. These currency pairs and their combinations (EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY and EUR/GBP) account for the vast majority of foreign exchange market transactions. Because these currency pairs attract a large number of buyers and sellers, their bid-ask spreads are generally the smallest。
